Whole Beef
A whole beef is a great option if you want to FILL your freezer. Generally, a single family can buy a whole beef to last an entire year. Our beef weigh anywhere from 600-800LBS hanging weight. You can expect 350-480LBS of take home product with this option. Our whole beef are sold at 4.00/LB on the hanging weight. The total price varies depending on the weight of the animal.
1/2 Beef
Half a beef will last you a good while, for some families a whole year. A half will weigh 300-400LBS hanging weight and you can expect 175-250LBS of take home product with this option. Our Halves are 4.25/LB on the hanging weight The total price varies depending on the weight of the animal.
1/4 Beef
While a 1/4 beef doesn't sound like much, you would be surprised how long it will last. Quarters will weigh around 150-200LBS and you will take home 90-120LBS of beef. Our quarters are priced at 4.50/LB and are a great economical option. The total price varies depending on the weight of the animal.
